What payment types do you accept for purchase?
We accept Credit Card and Paypal for Ticket Purchases.
Will I be able to watch outside the US/Canada?
Yes, we will provide the stream worldwide. Please note that there are some countries that may have a firewall or block on streams which may block your access. Please verify that you are able to access the LiveXLive site event page at : https://www.livexlive.com/live-events/festival/131-live-presents-bi to see if you are being blocked or not.
What devices can I use to watch the 131 Live Presents: B.I First Online Concert on?
You can watch via our LiveXLive Website, Mobile Phone Apps for iOS and Android, Google Chromecast, AppleTV, 2017+ Samsung TVs, Amazon FireTVs, and Roku devices. If you are having problems, please make sure you have updated your application to the latest version for your platform.
Will I be able to Re-Watch the 131 Live Presents: B.I First Online Concert performance?
There is no re-watch of the event for the $19.99 Ticket.
For the $29.99 and up tickets, you will be able to re-watch the performance for 2 months after the live event.
Since this is a live event, it takes time to get the video and make them available for re-watch, and will be available for re-watch within 48 hours of the Live Show airing.
Once I purchase a Ticket, how will I be able to confirm I have a Ticket?
Once a ticket is purchased, then it will be available from the "Live Events" section of the LiveXLive Website or LiveXLive application on your supported phone or TV device. Please note that you have to be signed in with the same email address that the ticket was purchased under in order to have access to it. If you do not see the Purchased Ticket under the Live Events page, then that may indicate you are either not signed in, or signed in with a different account. You may need to sign out and sign back in using the proper email address to gain access to your Ticket.
Can I Watching using an LG TV and it's Web Browser?
No, at this time LG TV's are not supported for watching, but you may be able to use Cast to the TV instead.
Can I use AirPlay to AirPlay the Video from my Phone to TV?
We currently do not support Video AirPlay but you can use Screen Mirroring on your phone to mirror the Video to your TV. You can get more information on how to do that from Apple's Support site here :

Can I Chromecast from the LiveXLive Website?
We do not currently support Video Chromecast directly in the LiveXLive Website, but you can still Chromecast the video by right clicking on the playing video and selecting the "Cast" option to cast.
How many devices can I watch from at the same time?
Each purchased ticket allows you to stream to 1 device at a time.
Is shipping & handling included in my merchandise cost?
How do I get my merchandise?
Merchandise will be sent out after the show. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
How do I do the Virtual Meet & Greet?
Will merchandise be signed?
Sorry, but it will not be signed.
Can more than 1 person join the 60 second Meet and Greet?
While this is technically possible, the moment is really meant to be a personal one-on-one. If the band member feels like this privilege is being abused, they can choose to deny access into the virtual meet-and-greet at their discretion. Therefore, we would not recommend more than one person.
