Update Email Address

To update your email address:

  1. Visit the My Profile page. (Log into your LiveXLive account if needed.)
  2. Select Settings. Settings icon
  3. Select the text field in the Email Address section and enter your new email address.
  4. Select Update.

An email address can only be in use with one LiveXLive account at a time. Getting this message means you already have a LiveXLive account linked with that email address.

To access your existing account:

  1. Log Out of the current account.
  2. Log In using the email address you want to use.
    • If you don't remember the password for the LiveXLive account you want to use, follow the Reset Password instructions to reset the password for the account.
