Reset Password

Select the device you are using to reset your password

  1. Go to https://www.livexlive.com
  2. Select Login.
  3. Select the Forgot Password? link.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account and select Submit.

An email containing a link will be sent to this email address. Clicking on the link will allow you to either reset your password or set your password if you do not currently have one.

Mobile Phones

  1. Open the LiveXLive app
  2. Select Get Started.
  3. Select Log In.
  4. Select the Forgot Password? link.
  5. Enter the email address associated with your account and select Submit.

An email containing a link will be sent to this email address. Clicking on the link will allow you to either reset your password or set your password if you do not currently have one.

 

If you have a device other than mobile phone or PC Browser you access it from then you will need to go to one of the options above to reset the password, if you forgot or need to set a new one.
