All LiveXLive purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for ticket purchases, subscription purchases nor subscription renewals. This includes all live event ticket purchases and merchandise bundles as well as all monthly and annual subscriptions purchased either directly from LiveXLive or through Paypal.
If you purchased your subscription through a third-party vendor, such as your phone carrier or Apple, you will need to contact the company directly for more information with regards to their refund policy.
If you wish to cancel your subscription to ensure you are not billed again, please visit Cancel a LiveXLive subscription. Once canceled, you will have access to your subscription through the end of the subscribed period, at which point you will no longer be billed.
