If you experience a technical issue with the LiveXLive service, you can use the Feedback/Report a Problem feature to send information about LiveXLive to us to help diagnose your issue.
Please select your platform.
- On the LiveXLive home page, select Menu.
- Select Submit Feedback.
- Enter in a description of your issue and select the Submit button.
Your information will be sent to LiveXLive and you should receive a response soon after.
- From the LiveXLive app, select Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Support.
- Select Report a Problem.
- Enter in a description of your issue and select the Submit button.
Your app and device information will be sent to LiveXLive. You will be contacted by LiveXLive Customer Support once your information has been reviewed.
